Marvin's expertise extends to the home improvement industry, having spent 12 years in senior-level operations roles with Home Depot Inc. During his time there, he notably served as Executive Vice President of U.S. Stores from 2008 to 2014. 

In this role, he played a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and efficiency across the organization. He oversaw U.S. sales, operations, installation services, tool rental, and pro-strategic initiatives. His efforts resulted in significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Prior to his tenure at Home Depot, Marvin spent 15 years at Target Corp., where he held various operational and leadership positions. This experience provided him with a diverse background and a deep understanding of retail operations.

Marvin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Memphis, where he currently serves on the board of trustees. He furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from Emory University. Additionally, Marvin is an esteemed member of the board of directors for FedEx Corporation and the Retail Industry Leaders Association, further contributing to the retail industry at large.
