Steve Priest has been the Chief Financial Officer of eBay Inc. since June 2019. With more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience in various industries, including technology and retail, Priest has been a valuable addition to eBay's executive team. As CFO, Priest oversees eBay's finance, treasury, tax, audit, investor relations, and global financial planning and analysis functions.

Before joining eBay, Priest served as Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Jet.com, a subsidiary of Walmart. At Jet.com, he led the company's finance, accounting, and business operations teams, and played a key role in Jet.com's successful acquisition by Walmart in 2016. Prior to Jet.com, Priest held various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble and Diageo, where he led finance and strategy teams across multiple business units and geographies.

In addition to his professional experience, Priest holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from Durham University in the United Kingdom, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in France.
