Bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance to the table, Jarrad Hubble was recently appointed interim Chief Executive Officer for RTGS.global. Founded in 2019, the London-based fintech is a global network that offers interbank real-time liquidity for commercial banks, regulators, and central banks.

Working under the guidance of RTGS.global's board, Hubble is now mainly in charge of guiding the day-to-day operations of the firm. He is responsible for leading the company’s commercialization, sales functions, and client engagement functions. He first joined the company last year in April as Chief Commercial Officer, obviously making a good enough impression to climb the corporate ladder to his current role.

In fact, Hubble was a natural choice for the job. Over the years, he's built a strong reputation for maximizing shareholder value in both traditional financial services and emerging fintech. Whether it's leading the global expansion of foreign exchange and international payment businesses, driving go-to-market strategies, or developing sales teams – he's done it all.

Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Trade Ledger, the global technology provider for the commercial banking and financial services industry. In that role, he worked closely with CEO Martin McCann on building the global sales and business development functions.

Before Trading Ledger, he spent four years at NatWest Markets. He served as managing director, where he oversaw the $300+ million international payments business, developing solutions for many of the world’s largest ecommerce marketplaces.

Prior to NatWest, he was at RBS from 2013 to 2016. During his tenure, he led the Transaction VX markets and served on the Pan-Divisional Chair of the Transaction Foreign Exchange Committee. Before that, he was at Currencies Direct for more than five years, in which he led the company's Corporate Foreign Exchange business and later served as Director of Sales. In this position, he notably grew business-to-business services from infancy and expanded the company across the globe.

Earlier in his career, he held various general management roles across the sport, health, and fitness industries.

Hubble graduated from Edith Cowan University, one of Australia’s best young universities.
