Doug Kulka is the sort of elite executive you want when you're looking to bring cutting-edge digital transformation to your business. Currently, he serves as the Chief Information Officer for Tyson Foods. Founded in 1935, the food giant produces approximately 20% of the beef, pork, and chicken in the U.S.  With nearly three decades' worth of experience, Kulka has brought much to the Tyson table since joining the company in November 2017.

At Tyson, he first served as Vice President of the Global Functions Technology Group, where he was responsible for setting strategy and leading execution for technology innovation across worldwide operations. This includes previously driving digital transformation in numerous areas of the Fortune 100 company: finance/accounting, procurement, human resources, trade, sustainability, legal, sales, and digital marketing. Then in September 2019, Kulka was promoted to Vice President of IT Delivery as a Service. This was a group that was formed the same year as his company looked to leverage emerging technologies to accelerate growth and increase market capture. More recently, based on his numerous in-house successes at Tyson, Kulka was appointed CIO in January 2023. The move made him a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with direct responsibility for a wide range of technology programs in partnership with Tyson's Chief Technology Officer.
