As Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Tina Bigalke is responsible for making sure that PepsiCo’s global DEI strategy is creating a better tomorrow.

Bigalke, who is a veteran of over 20 years with the company, is passionate about some of today's most important topics. This includes increasing diverse representation, empowering courageous conversations, and investing strategically in communities — characteristics that have led to the company’s external reputation as a great place to work. As part of her commitment at PepsiCo, Bigalke leads a wide array of programs and partnerships that continue to empower the company's well-regarded culture.

For Bigalke, PepsiCo is the perfect place to practice her aims of racial equality and gender parity. The company she works for is one of the largest in the world, having generated $79 billion in net revenue in 2021. In fact, PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.

Prior to her current role — which she assumed in June 2020 — Bigalke served PepsiCo in a range of human resource capacities. Over the years, she's worked in the field, at company headquarters, and at corporate global assignments. Most recently, Bigalke was senior vice president of commercial human resources for the PepsiCo Foods North America division. In this position, she was instrumental in advancing a pipeline of diverse talent. Among many other duties, she helped shape strategy for customer sales, marketing, and transformation.

Before PepsiCo, Bigalke held a range of human resources roles with PPG Industries and MagneTek. She earned a MS in industrial and labor relations and a BBA from West Virginia University. A proud member of the WVU community, she continues to participate in the university’s Practicum series, sits on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the College of Business & Economics, and serves on the WVU Foundation Board of Directors.

In addition to working with her alma mater, Bigalke has served as a board member of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Collin County, Texas, a non-profit organization that advocates for abused children within the court system. Her other charitable causes include being a top fundraiser for the DFW American Heart Association Campaign.
