1. Vic Abate
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, GE

As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for GE, Vic Abate leads a global team of scientists and engineers who turn cutting edge research into impactful realities. He is at the helm of GE Research, guiding a diverse technology portfolio that’s changing the landscape for GE’s nine industries, US government agencies, and several commercial and academic institutions. He also serves as acting chief executive officer for Onshore Wind where he leads collaboration, innovation, manufacturing, and servicing of GE’s onshore wind turbine offerings.

Since joining GE in 1990, Abate has held several leadership roles in engineering, services, production, and quality. He served as president and CEO of GE Renewable Energy, focusing on the business’s differentiated product leadership in onshore and offshore wind. Later, he served as president and CEO of GE Gas Power Systems where he oversaw the business’s launch of the world record-breaking HA gas turbines. Abate assumed his current position in 2015. Prior to joining GE, he led mechanical drive technology and new product development for Allied Signal and Zurn Industries. Abate is a member of the board of directors of UI Labs and previously served as president of the board of directors of the American Wind Energy Association. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA and undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

 

2. Anirban Bose
CEO, Capgemini Financial Services SBU

Anirban Bose has been Head of Capgemini’s Financial Services Strategic Business Unit and a member of the Group Executive Board since 2018. Prior to this, from 2015, Bose was the Head of Capgemini’s Banking and Capital Markets Business Unit, which serves 12 of the world’s top 15 banking and financial services organizations, with teams spread across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Bose has deep experience in consulting, IT services, outsourcing, and the creation of consumer and payments’ technology innovation for leading global financial institutions. Between 2007 and 2015 he led Capgemini’s Banking Business Unit. Prior to this from 2004 to 2007, Bose served as executive vice president at Kanbay before its 2007 acquisition by Capgemini. At Kanbay, Bose drove development of the company’s credit services practice and led global delivery. He also steered Kanbay’s banking business unit, which offered strategic consulting to multiple global brands. Bose graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with an undergraduate degree in technology. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.

 

3. Esi Eggleston Bracey
EVP and COO, Unilever

Esi Eggleston Bracey is a transformational business executive with over 28 years of experience in general management, brand building, and marketing leadership. She has a track record of success in creating, accelerating and turning around business results across branded product categories, sectors and geographies through marketing and operational excellence. Bracey currently leads the multi-billion-dollar Beauty & Personal Care portfolio for Unilever North America which includes responsibility for the Hair, Skin Cleansing, Skin Care and Deodorant businesses with iconic brands like Dove, TRESemmé, Suave, Vaseline, Degree, Axe, and Shea Moisture as well as newer brands like Schmidt’s Naturals and Love Beauty and Planet. She has brought fresh thinking to these businesses and championed high impact purpose driven efforts like Dove’s founding of the CROWN (Creating and Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair) Coalition to help foster beauty inclusivity and to eradicate hair discrimination through support of the CROWN Act legislation.

Prior to joining Unilever, Bracey spent more than 15 years as a leader in the dynamic global cosmetics industry. She held the position of president of Coty’s Global Consumer Beauty Division and SVP of Procter & Gamble’s Global Cosmetics leading a portfolio of flagship international make-up brands including COVERGIRL, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Rimmel London, Bourjois, and more. An energetic and dynamic leader known for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, she is consistently recognized for her ability to guide organizations through brand-building excellence, agility and operational discipline in light of competitive pressure and a rapidly evolving marketplace. She is well known for her disruptive work on COVERGIRL partnering with unconventional beauty talent before their prime, breakthrough new product innovation, and unexpected pop-culture tie-ins partnerships that fostered record brand love, equity, and sales growth. Bracey has been recognized with numerous awards including Ad Color Legend Award, BE Powerful Women in Business, Ebony Power 100, BET Butterfly Award, Cosmetics Executive Women Achievers Awards, Advertising Age Women to Watch, Women Wear Daily Marketer of the Year, and many more. She graduated from Dartmouth College with an undergraduate degree in engineering sciences.

 

4. Mani Dasgupta
Chief Marketing Officer, IBM Global Business Services

Mani Dasgupta is Chief Marketing Officer, IBM Global Business Services (GBS). She oversees all global marketing and brand initiatives, strategy, and execution for GBS, including stewardship of hundreds of marketing professionals located in the seven major regions of GBS. GBS is IBM’s consulting, systems integration, digital agency, business process and application services business that brings clients the expertise of more than 100,000 consultants and practitioners and creates value at the intersection of business insight and information technology. Dasgupta brings to IBM deep, customer-centric marketing and leadership experience as IBM accelerates its transformation and launches a new brand platform in the market that credits IBM Services (GBS and GTS) as one of its hero brands.

Dasgupta is both a marketer and a computer science engineer by training. Prior to shifting gears to marketing, she spent many years in design and development of enterprise system software for large global pharmaceutical companies. Dasgupta earned an MBA in marketing and finance from Xavier Institute of Management and an undergraduate degree in computer science and engineering from West Bengal University.

 

5. Jeffrey Stone
Chief Financial Officer, NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations

Jeffrey Stone began his professional career 24 years ago. Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer of NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations. Stone manages the financial operations for NBCUniversal’s division that includes 42 NBC and Telemundo owned stations, a regional news network, two multicast networks, and their subsidiary businesses. He financially and strategically supports the operation of 30 Rock studios and control rooms, the engineering for technical facilities, their enterprise-wide on-air graphics organization, known as Artworks, as well as facility operations in the New York metro area and New Jersey. Stone also supports the company-wide media operations and on-air origination for both network and cable brands, including their multi-channel origination facilities in New York, Englewood Cliffs, Denver and Los Angeles.

Prior to his current role, Stone led the financial operations and expansion of NBCUniversal’s owned production, post-production, media operations and on-air origination teams which primarily service NBCUniversal’s television, cable and film brands. In this role, Stone also supported NBCUniversal’s engineering, information technology, global security and global real estate groups. Prior to his success at NBCU, he worked at Comcast Corp. for 10 years and held roles with increasing responsibilities at both corporate and regional business units. Before this, he worked at KPMG performing audits of publicly traded companies in the financial services, health care and education sectors. Stone is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from Drexel University.

 

6. Jim Neve
Chief Revenue Officer, FIS

Jim Neve is the Chief Revenue Officer of FIS, an American multinational corporation offering a wide range of financial products and services. In his role, Neve is responsible for leading the 1,700-employee global organization, generating over $7 billion in new annual contract value and more $1 billion of in-year revenue on a base of $9 billion annual revenue.

Before joining FIS, Neve was a senior vice president of global sales operations and marketing at SunGard Financial System and before that, a division vice president of major account sales at ADP. Neve graduated from Rutgers University with an MBA and from Fordham University with an undergraduate degree in economics.

 

7. Allison Smith
CFO, Xerox

Allison Smith is the Chief Financial Officer of Xerox. She is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience building and reinventing brands, using the latest innovations and digital technologies, and an entrepreneurial approach, to help companies grow profitably. She is known for being a dynamic senior leader with strategy, business development, operations and full-stack marketing skills.

Smith first got her start in 1996 as an account executive at BBDO Worldwide. From there, she went on to MullenLowe Lintas Group, before eventually rising to become CEO at KeepShopping.com, her most recent position prior to joining Xerox. Smith graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in marketing and from Middlebury College with an undergraduate degree in business administration and management.

 

8. Ed Tsue
Chief Strategy Officer, Publicis Samsung

Ed Tsue is the Chief Strategy Officer for Publicis Samsung, the firm’s dedicated unit for Samsung, responsible for leading the global mobile portion of the business. Tsue arrived from Anomaly, where he spent over three and a half years as group strategy director and managing director, leading strategy on work such as Coca-Cola’s 2018 FIFA World Cup global campaign and Disney/Avengers partnerships. He also served as a creative and executive producer on “The Last Mile” short for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Prior to joining Anomaly, Tsue spent around four and a half years as deputy head of planning at BBH China in Shanghai, working across clients including ABInBev, Audi, Coca-Cola, Goodyear, Google and Samsung, as well as on business development efforts. He also has previous experience at CP+B, Saatchi & Saatchi, Sapient Nitro, TBWA\Chiat\Day and Unilever. Tsue earned an undergraduate degree in marketing and corporate strategy from University of Michigan.

 

9. Chris Crowley
EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Alorica

Chris Crowley is an Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Alorica, a customer service BPO company that provides outsourcing customer experience services for all customer interactions. Alorica only does one thing, making lives better by creating insanely great experiences for customers online, on the phone, through social media, and in person. Crowley has 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1997.

Before joining Alorica, Crowley was an SVP at APAC Customer Service and before that an SVP at Sutherland Global Services. Crowley graduated from St. John Fisher College with an undergraduate degree in American Studies and economics.

 

10. Amy Campbell
EVP of Marketing & Brand Creative and Interim CMO, ViacomCBS

Amy Campbell is a marketing innovator and brand builder behind strategies and campaigns that have become part of our cultural and social fabric. While capturing imaginations and engaging consumers with award-winning, iconic moments is an important outcome (and a lot of fun), Amy also champions a purpose-driven mission—the responsibility of brands to serve the greater good. Described as “a creative force [and] operational wizard” by colleagues, Amy’s impact can be seen across the pop culture, entertainment, music, consumer product, and nonprofit landscape of brands. Throughout her career, she has also earned a reputation as a versatile executive leader who grows brand power across consumer markets, including adult, young adult, youth, culturally diverse, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Serving as the Interim CMO of MTV Entertainment from 2020 to 2021, Amy delivered the top quarter for growth in the business unit’s last 2 years of performance. As the SVP of Brand Creative & Promotion, she was the executive brand lead in the ratings turnaround of both MTV and VH1. She integrated 9 core brands into a cohesive creative strategy and expanded them into streaming platforms. She also led the team that positioned MTV as the #1 entertainment brand across digital and social (+265M followers). On her journey into her current role as EVP of Marketing for MTV Entertainment, Amy built the machine behind the machine—a multi brand marketing organization powered by a team of domain experts and inspired leaders. From book discussions to working-parents roundtables, she invests heavily in this team recognized for its intellectual bravery, collaboration, and a creative culture of respect and inclusion. She is also the creator of an ambassador program to promote the recruitment and hiring of diverse creative talent.

 

11. Sachin Mehra
Chief Financial Officer, Mastercard

Sachin Mehra is the Chief Financial Officer of Mastercard. As a member of the company’s management committee, he is responsible for corporate controller, tax, internal audit, investor relations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, global supply chain, business unit finance and regional finance activities.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Sachin held positions at General Motors and Hess Corp. in locations including New York, Belgium, Singapore and China. Mehra earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an undergraduate degree from University of Mumbai.

 

12. Lauren Richardson
Chief Procurement Officer, Colgate Palmolive

Lauren Richardson is the current Chief Procurement Officer at Colgate Palmolive. Prior to her current position, she served as the SVP and chief procurement officer at Starbucks from October 2014 to August 2016. During their time at Starbucks, Lauren was responsible for creating and implementing a global sourcing strategy and risk mitigation platform for all direct categories during rapid growth and M&A implementations. Lauren also played a key role in driving process and ideation for achieving aggressive annual savings plans critical to EPS goals. In addition, she developed the first global talent assessment plan and diverse bench process, and launched a supplier development program to drive innovation, investment, plant auditing, reduce concentration and deploy LEAN in top 100 suppliers. Lauren also defined the sourcing technology roadmap and created a business case for prioritization.

Before joining Starbucks, Lauren served as SVP of procurement at L Brands. During their time at L Brands, she was accountable for setting strategic direction and driving the implementation of a new centralized global compliance platform for $4B indirect and contract manufacturing platforms. Lauren also successfully implemented disciplined category management activities through stakeholders to create integrated plans and deliver mutual profit goals. In addition, she exceeded financial goals every year, addressed significant M&A and economic downturns, and linked results to business unit P&Ls. Lauren completed an undergraduate degree in economics and accounting at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

 

13. Patrick Dineen
Chief Information Officer, Nielsen

Patrick Dineen is the Chief Information Officer at Nielsen. Nielsen shapes the world’s media and content as a global leader in audience insights, data and analytics. An S&P 500 company, they operate around the world in more than 55 countries. In his role, Dineen was responsible for implementing a multi-cloud strategy featuring a renegotiated nine-figure anchor hyper scaler agreement saving tens of millions for the company annually.

Previously, Dineen served in leadership positions at CSG Systems, Harte Hanks, USADATA, Claritas, and Equifax. He earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering at Columbia University.

 

14. Tracey Travis
EVP and Chief Financial Officer, The Estée Lauder Companies

Tracey Travis is Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of The Estée Lauder Companies, with responsibilities for global finance, accounting, investor relations, information technology, and strategy and new business development. Previously, she was senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation, with responsibility for worldwide corporate finance, inclusive of accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and business development, as well as investor relations and information technology. During her tenure, Travis led work related to the acquisitions of licensed brands/geographies, capital structure efforts, strategic business plans, investor relations strategy and a major global systems transformation.

Travis was with Limited Brands in Columbus, Ohio, first as chief financial officer of Intimate Brands and as senior vice president of finance for Limited Brands, with responsibility for operational finance for all divisions, corporate capital planning, corporate forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning. She began her career at General Motors first as an engineer; then, after being awarded a GM Fellowship to pursue her MBA, returned to General Motors as a financial executive, where she worked in accounting and on various international product programs, joint ventures and divestitures. Travis received an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in finance and operations management from Columbia University.

 

15. Maggie Timoney
President & Chief Executive Officer, HEINEKEN USA

Maggie Timoney is the President and Chief Executive Officer of HEINEKEN USA based in New York. Prior to this role, she spent five years as President and CEO of HEINEKEN Ireland. She has spent the last 23 years at the HEINEKEN Group in senior executive positions around the world. Early in her career, she worked for Gallo and Anheuser-Busch. Before that, she was VP of sales at Sound Distributing Corporation.

Timoney received her undergraduate degree and MBA at Iona College in New York. She is recognized as a transformational leader, as demonstrated through her results at a P&L level combined with a high impact in both cultural and social change.

 

16. Andrew Shulman
Chief Executive Officer, Mobile Health Management Services Inc

Andrew Shulman is the current CEO of Mobile Health Management Services. Prior to this, he served as the chief operating officer of Affiliated Physicians. In this role, Shulman managed 200+ employees and all operations of the company, a national provider of healthcare and wellness services to corporations and governmental agencies. Shulman was also responsible for areas such as physician management, sales and marketing, national program implementations, incorporation of IT systems, EMR implementation, regulatory compliance, facility management, business development, contract negotiations, and full P&L accountability.

Before his time at Affiliated Physicians, Shulman served as a senior operations analyst at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital where he was responsible for the management of a $100M annual budget and collaborated with various hospital departments to implement process improvements, maintain budgets, reduce errors, increase patient satisfaction, and increase efficiencies. Andrew also served as the acting VP of operations for Weill Cornell Medical Center. Shulman received an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Emory University and an MPH in health care management from Columbia University in the City of New York.

 

17. John Szczepanski
SVP & CFO of Global Supply Chain and Global Brands, Ralph Lauren

John Szczepanski is the SVP and CFO of Global Supply Chain and Global Brands at Ralph Lauren. He first joined the company in 2005 as senior director finance. Ralph Lauren is a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of luxury lifestyle products in five categories: apparel, footwear & accessories, home, fragrances and hospitality. For more than 50 years, they have sought to inspire the dream of a better life through authenticity and timeless style. Its reputation and distinctive image have been developed across a wide range of products, brands, distribution channels and international markets.

Previously, Szczepanski was a director at MeadWestvaco. He earned an MS in finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Fordham University.

 

18. Yelena Simonyuk
Chief Legal Officer, Comtech

Yelena Simonyuk joined Comtech as Managing Counsel in May 2019 and was promoted to Chief Legal Officer in September 2022. Ms. Simonyuk is the first in-house attorney at Comtech corporate headquarters and has been overseeing all legal matters, divisional in-house counsel, and outside counsel; advising Comtech’s Board of Directors; and partnering with management on strategy. Recently, Ms. Simonyuk has been charged with developing a legal department to serve Comtech’s reorganization into One Comtech. Prior to Comtech, Ms. Simonyuk was at the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP, representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance and litigation matters. Ms. Simonyuk received her JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA from Yale University.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. is a leading global provider of next-generation 911 emergency systems and critical wireless communication technologies. The company offers advanced secure wireless communications technologies founded on decades of expertise in the satellite communications and cellular markets. 19. Stefano Gaggion
CIO, CHANEL

Stefano Gaggion is the Chief Information Officer of CHANEL, the French luxury fashion house founded in 1910 by Coco Chanel in Paris. CHANELspecializes in women's ready-to-wear, luxury goods, and accessories and licenses its name and branding to Luxottica for eyewear. CHANEL is credited for revolutionizing haute couture and ready-to-wear by replacing structured, corseted silhouettes with more functional garments that women still found flattering. Gaggion has 31 years of experience. He began his career in 1991.

Before joining CHANEL, Gaggion was a Group CIO at Studio Moderna and before that an SVP and CIO at Brooks Brothers. Earlier in his career he worked with Luxottica Group as a manager of information technology.

 

20. Torsten Schneider
Chief Financial Officer, dnata

Torsten Schneider is the Chief Financial Officer of dnata. Owned by The Emirates Group, dnata is an airport services provider which offers aircraft ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. Globally, dnata Catering spans across 64 locations in 11 countries, providing in-flight catering services to more than 190 airlines. dnata US Catering's recent expansion in North America has been significant with operations now spanning from east to west, including New York, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston and Nashville.

Schneider first got his start in 2004 as an audit senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From there, he went on to Swissport International Ltd., before eventually rising to director of finance at Gate Gourmet, his most recent position prior to joining dnata. Schneider graduated from California State University-East Bay with an MBA in finance and economics and from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University with an undergraduate degree in international business.

 

21. Julia Gisewite
VP & Chief Sustainability Officer, Turner Construction Company

Julia Gisewite is Turner Construction Company’s Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for setting and implementing sustainability policies, standards and strategies across Turner’s national and international operations. Turner’s program addresses topics relevant to the building industry including embodied carbon, energy, construction emissions, resiliency, waste, green building rating systems, and more.

Julia has 16 years of construction industry experience and holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Cornell University. She first joined Turner in 2005 as a project manager before being promoted to roles in business development. In addition to her roles with the company, she serves as a board member for the Institute of Market Transformation.

 

22. Cindy Taibi
SVP & CIO, The New York Times

Cindy Taibi is a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The New York Times. Taibi previously was VP of technology, overseeing back-office enterprise systems, as well as print publishing systems and infrastructure. Over a 37-year career at the Times reaching deep into the pre-digital news age, she served as a developer for the now-gone News Systems group, oversaw IT for the company’s regional media group, and helped architect print advertising and business systems, among other duties. Taibi graduated from University at Alban, SUNY with an undergraduate degree in computer science and applied mathematics.

 

23. Chris Borella
Chief Financial Officer of Health, VMLY&R

Chris Borella began his professional career 28 years ago. Today, he is is the Chief Financial Officer of Health at VMLY&R, a global brand and customer experience agency that harnesses creativity, technology, and culture to create connected brands. The agency is behind award-winning campaigns for blue chip client partners including Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Dell, Ford, Intel, New Balance, Pfizer and Wendy's.

Borella first got his start in 1994 as a senior accountant at Bencivenga and Co. From there, he went on to Arthur Andersen and Co., before eventually rising to become an SVP of finance at Ogilvy Health, his most recent position prior to joining VMLY and R. Borella graduated from Pace University-Pleasantville with an undergraduate degree in public accounting.

 

24. Tom McElligott
Vice President & CIO, Sharp

Tom McElligott is the Vice President and CIO of Sharp. He first joined the company in 2015. Sharp Corporation is a Japanese multinational corporation that designs and manufactures electronic products, headquartered in Sakai-ku, Sakai, Osaka Prefecture. Since 2016 it has been majority owned by the Taiwan-based Foxconn Group. In his role, McElligott manages an IT Shared Services organization for Sharp North Americas, including Canada, USA and Mexico.

Prior to his current role, McElligott served in roles increasing in responsibility from director of IT applications to senior director of information technology where he maintained, planned and implemented enterprise information systems to support business units and business operations in the Americas. McElligott graduated from Rockwell College.

 

25. Victoria Neeson
CEO, Dreamtek

Victoria Neeson is the CEO of Dreamtek, a leading global video production company, based in London, New York and the UAE. In her role, Neeson is responsible for Dreamtek's European and North American business overseeing the Production, Talent and Systems Integration and Professional Services divisions. She has a hands-on approach to leadership with a significant contribution to setting and maintaining company culture as well as building strong, cohesive and strategic relationships with key global customers.

Before joining Dreamtek, Neeson was a director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and before that a business developer at Genesys Conferencing. Earlier in her career she worked with Thomson Reuters as a head of videoconferencing.
